3D-Empowerment commits itself to various projects within several towns, domestically and internationally. We do so from devoted principles, with proper tools, and a vision on livability marked by longevity. Here are some examples of our projects:
Streamlining cooperationeveral bodies work in the same neighborhood, however do so separately. Sufficient reason for a housing association and care facility to contact us. They wished to streamline their cooperation: to work with each other, instead of around. 3D-Empowerment plays only a facilitating role in this, as we’re are not a party involved. Our approach starts of at the basics: what are the needs and abilities in a neighborhood? The resulting principles are aligned with the services of the parties involved. Thus clearing out the sky for dialogue.

Municipal restructuring; participation in a pinchSmall villages become a single municipality. Residents are apprehensive. They fear exploitation. The municipality calls upon 3D-Empowerment. It is seeking an increased support among residents. Involving residents in restructuring is part of our know-how. Our approach will lead to the shift in mindset from problems to opportunities.

Hospitals and livabilityDistricts in which livability is affected, show a larger number of ill people. The Academic Medical Center (as well as other hospitals) actively research the impact of improved living conditions on a resident’s health. Hospitals express interest in our approach. Medical researchers like to observe the changes brought about by 3D-Empowerment in a neighborhood and the effects upon people’s health.

From town house to Multifunctional Center (MFC)The townhouse is in need of renewal. Its replacement: the Multifunctional Center. Such a center proves to be a success as long as the activities and services fit the residents. Community workers are best aware of what does and does not draw the people. They want to renew the MFC’s selection. 3D-Empowerment is called in for advice on cooperation. We believe social entrepreneurship is the driving force behind an MFC. Meaning the involved parties compound into a learning organization. A selection stemming from co-creation being the product. The goal: a solid, lively and cost effective MFC!
